Bidev Consulting joins the top 25% of companies rated by EcoVadis for CSR
Bidev Consulting has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal in June 2026. This CSR rating, issued by the global reference platform for sustainable supplier performance assessment, places our firm among the most committed companies in our sector when it comes to corporate responsibility.
EcoVadis independently assesses our practices across four dimensions: business ethics, environment, human rights and responsible procurement. The score awarded reflects the maturity of our CSR approach and serves as a benchmark for the procurement departments of our large corporate clients.
EcoVadis is the global platform used by more than 100,000 companies to assess the CSR performance of their suppliers. The Silver Medal is awarded to organisations whose score places them in the top 25% of assessed companies.
The EcoVadis framework: a global standard
Founded in 2007, EcoVadis is today the leading international framework for assessing corporate CSR performance. Its methodology is used by more than 1,100 global buyers — including many French industrial companies we know well — to map the sustainable risk and opportunity of their supply chain.
The EcoVadis assessment is not declarative: it is based on supporting documents reviewed by a team of experts trained on international frameworks (GRI, ISO 26000, UN Global Compact, OECD guidelines). Each criterion is scored and weighted according to sector and company size.
A medal system to recognise performance
At the end of the assessment, companies receive an overall score between 0 and 100. A medal is awarded based on the percentile reached:
The four pillars assessed by EcoVadis
The Silver rating we received covers the four main dimensions of CSR performance.
Anti-corruption, fight against anti-competitive practices, responsible information management and confidentiality of client data.
Carbon footprint, energy consumption, digital waste management, software eco-design and cloud infrastructure impact.
Health and safety at work, diversity and non-discrimination, social dialogue, working conditions and employee development.
Selection and assessment of our own suppliers, consideration of ESG risks in our subcontracting chain, engagement in the local ecosystem.
For each of these dimensions, EcoVadis reviewed our policies, our concrete actions and our measurable results. The Silver Medal reflects the maturity of these three layers — not just intentions, but operational mechanisms with supporting evidence.

Next step: aiming for Gold
The Silver Medal places us in the top 25% of companies rated by EcoVadis. Our ambition is to progress toward Gold (top 5%) at our next assessment, particularly by strengthening our environmental reporting (quantified Carbon Footprint, reduction trajectory), our responsible procurement policy and our social indicators.
The EcoVadis approach is cyclical: it allows us to place our CSR progress within a demanding, measurable and benchmarked framework, rather than in a simple communications intent.
