Bidev Consulting has been awarded the Provigis Bronze Medal of the Third-Party Responsibility programme on 26 March 2026. This certification, granted by France's leading platform for supplier compliance, confirms that all of our legal and social obligations are checked and up to date — a mark of seriousness for our large corporate clients and public procurement officers.
Concretely, Provigis continuously monitors our administrative documents (Kbis, URSSAF certificates, vigilance attestation) and makes them available to our clients through a secure portal — so they no longer need to request them from us for every tender campaign.
Provigis is the French platform of reference used by thousands of buyers (industry, retail, public sector) to verify the compliance of their suppliers. The Bronze Medal marks our entry into this circle of validated responsible third parties.
The Provigis Third-Party Responsibility programme
For more than 15 years, Provigis has supported procurement departments and compliance functions of large organisations in meeting their legal obligations towards suppliers. The Third-Party Responsibility programme is the backbone of that support: it centralises, verifies and permanently makes available the mandatory documents of service providers (article L.8222-1 of the French Labour Code, duty of vigilance).
Why large companies require this certification
A client is legally liable if their subcontractor fails to pay social contributions or engages in undeclared work. To protect themselves, they must collect and check every six months:
- The Kbis extract (active registration, no insolvency proceedings)
- The URSSAF vigilance certificate (social contributions up to date)
- The tax compliance certificate
- Proof of declaration for foreign employees, where applicable
